Dear NERSC PIs and Project Managers, The first AY 2021 Allocation Reductions have been completed. Time removed was placed in the DOE program reserves, so if your project needs more time you should contact your DOE NERSC allocations manager. The criteria used for these allocation reductions were: * If usage was > 5% and <= 10%, removed 10% of the unused balance * If usage was <= 5%, removed 20% of the unused balance If you want to know if any time was removed from your project you can log into Iris and go to the CPU tab for your project. If your Current Allocation is now less than your ERCAP Award, then you probably have lost time that was given back to your DOE Allocation manager. You can click on the "Allocation Transfer report" link under the usage graph to see how much time was returned to your DOE Program's reserve. Sincerely, Clayton Bagwell.
